Houdini 3D Character Pipeline
I have been teaching myself and using Houdini as my primary 3D tool for about a year now. One area that I wanted to dive deeper into was exploring Houdini’s capability to realize the entire 3D character pipeline. Combining procedural modeling techniques, KineFX, Houdini MoCap animation and animation driven vellum CFX, I ended up with this fun character! This was just a first stab at this pipeline within Houdini, so I’m excited to iterate on this process in the future and learn from mistakes I made along the way.
